Clara Candelot, ilustradora e designer carioca.
Atualmente, trabalho como freelancer e amo a liberdade que essa forma de trabalho me dá. Tenho formação em Design - Comunicação Visual pela PUC-Rio, uso a prática do design gráfico como base para o meu trabalho. 
Levo ilustração e design muito a sério como profissão. Acredito na responsabilidade que carrego enquanto comunicadora visual latinoamericana, e tenho o lado cultural do design como constante objeto de estudo. 
Minhas ilustrações podem ser tudo menos básicas. Gosto de criar coisas que não passam despercebidas: não tenho medo de muita cor, detalhes e contraste (tenho medo é da falta deles). No meu trabalho mais é mais, mas a minha bagunça é beeem organizada.

I’m Clara, an illustrator and designer based in Rio de Janeiro. Currently working as a freelancer and I love the freedom of this work dynamic. Because I have a bachelor’s degree from PUC-Rio in Visual Communication, I tend to use graphic design as a base for my work as an artist. Design and illustration are very serious matters to me. I believe in the responsibility I have as a latin american communicator, and often study the cultural aspect of design. 
My illustrations can be everything but basic. Creating things that don’t go unnoticed is my thing: I’m not afraid of too many colors, details or contrast (though I am afraid of lacking that). In my work more is more, but my mess is veeery organized.
